Log.

Every set you log heats up the muscles it worked, on an anatomically detailed body, male or female. Open the app and the week is right there: what is burning, what has gone cold, what you keep skipping.

Heat.

Tell Heatsy where you train, what you have to lift, how many days a week and how long, your level, and any body areas you want to spare. Heatsy builds the plan from rules for exercise selection, volume and progression, and proposes the next workout from what you actually did.

Plan.

AI is optional.

Our rules build your plan. With your permission, an AI model picks among suitable exercises, applies changes you type and answers questions about an exercise. What it receives: where you train, your equipment, days, level, your limits, the exercises in your plan and what you type.

Your name, email and account ID are never sent. Neither is camera or Apple Health data. Switch AI off any time in Profile, Privacy and data; the plan then stays as it is.
